DGAQA as an organization has internal Boards/Meetings and also forms part of other Boards/Councils/Bodies as a Member.

Boards, Councils, Committees & Bodies etc.:

Joint Consultative Machinery (JCM): JCM meetings are held at various levels to resolve the problems which are hindrance for efficient & effective functioning of the organization and to get suggestion for the improvement in the day to day functioning of the organization. The DGAQA holds JCM meetings at level IV and level III.

Official Language Implementation: A Committee for implementation of official language has been formed to review the progress and take action for effective and timely implementation in DGAQA organization. The meeting is chaired by DGAQA where DDG(HQ) & all Directors are the members. Meeting is held on quarterly basis.

Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC): DGAQA organization consists of both service and civilian personnel. DPCs are conducted to regulate the promotion of Civilian Officers and Staff.

Stock Taking/ Condemnation/ Destruction Board: Stock Taking Boards are detailed at various levels for checking the stock correctness and condemnation/ destruction. Boards are held for the conditioning of the Stores held for replacement action.

In addition to the above Boards/Councils, DGAQA also is a member of various Board Meetings/Committees of the Service HQ, other Govt Agencies and Industrial forums.
